Yevadu

Yevadu Movie News

Vamshi Paidipalli director of the movie 'Yevadu' in which Ramcharan Tej acted in the lead role, told that the movie will be released in July and all arrangements are being made for it. Vamsi Paidipalli revealed that some of the songs were shot at the beautiful locations in Singapore and Malaysia and some were shot at Visakhapatnam.

The film is now in post production work. It will be released in July as the director says.

In the meanwhile two songs of ‘Yevadu’ were leaked. It is evident by the quality of the recording that it was recorded while the movie was being shot. First the song ‘Gajuvaka Center kada’ song came out and then recently ‘Cheliya Cheliy’ is on the web. It is important for the film unit it seems that special care should be taken to curb such leak outs.

But, the leak outs did some good to the movie. The songs were so good that it increased the movie’s good will and expectations. It is just like a sneak of the bride groom through the curtain held between him and the bride before marriage is performed. It’s ok!

Movies Releasing This Week

Telugu audience is going to get entertainment this week from two movies being released. One is Balupu that has already made hype with great expectations. Another one is Moksha.

Andhra Wishesh will give Balupu Movie Review and Moksha Movie Review and Rating on the release day.

Balupu: The movie is expected to give a super hit to Ravi Teja. For that all the possible tricks are used in the movie. Right from the dialogues, charming heroines of Shruti Hasan and Anjali, good music by Thaman, good humor by Brahmanandam to the controversial dialogue imbedded in the trailers.

The movie is releasing on 28th worldwide.

Moksha: The movie was made long back but due to some technical problems the release was held till now. The movie has got its moksha (liberation) this week. It is a dare act to release it in the week a big movie is being released. But sometimes that turns advantageous. Although Meera Jasmine does not have a fan following, her charming face is liked by many. For the youth who like to see more than a charming face may not like to prefer this movie to the big one ‘Balupu’ but many cine lovers do not want to return if they don’t get tickets for the movie they want to see. They look for the alternative and the movie freshly released gets second preference. That is the reason the exhibitors start such movies a bit late so that those audiences will not miss its beginning as missing a beginning also causes the audience to go back some times.

Moksha is directed by Srikant Vemulapalli and produced by Amarendra Reddy. Vijay Kurakula scored music for the movie. Meera Jasmine, Rajiv Menon, Disha Pandey, Nassar, Sana and others are acting in the movie.

Balupu Censored

Ravi Teja acted 'Balupu' has gone through the Censor Board's scrutiny and obtained U/A certificate on Monday and it made the path clear for its release on 28th June.

The movie trailer, in which a dialogue that irritated Brahmin Community is existent, is said to have been removed from it. As the movie under the direction of Gopichand Malineni has all the ingredients to keep the audience amused, the controversial dialogue may not be necessary to get hype to it.

With Shruti Hasan, Lakshmi Rai and Anjali showing their prowess in the glamour contest and Brahmanandam and Ali making the bones of the audience tickle and above all dominating Ravi Teja’s performance, as the film unit says is, going to make the movie a big hit. Thaman’s music is already a hit on audio.

Ravi Teja's fans are impatiently looking forward for 28th June for the movie’s world wide release.

Balupu is getting all ready for the release on 28th in which Ravi Teja and Shruti Hasan are appearing in the lead roles under the direction of Gopichand Malineni and produced by PVP Cinema. In the meanwhile the trailer of the movie Balupu in which Ravi Teja acted in the lead role is released which is objected by the AP Brahmana Seva Sangh Samakhya. Balupu Trailer Objected

The Brahmin Organization complains that the trailer of Balupu is showing some derogatory remarks on the Brahmin Community which is objectionable and to be removed from the movie and the exhibition of the trailer should be stopped and to be withdrawn from the theaters and TV Channels.

As the movie is still not censored, the Brahmana Samakhya represented by Dronamraju Ravi Kumar says, should be noted and the appropriate steps should be taken. He says that this type of films in the past came out to hurt the feelings of Brahmin community. Now it is brought to the notice of the Censor Board and the Film Chamber as a precautionary so that it can be corrected beforehand.

Previously Brahman community objected for a Chari song in Jr.NTR’s Adurs and made a big protest for the scenes in Manchu Vishnu acted ‘Denikaina Ready’ movie.

Small budget films are faring well as per the trend at present. But the producers and directors of those films want to add something to the movie to make the audience come to the theaters. The audience can appreciate the work of the director only if they go and watch the movie and then the mouth to mouth publicity starts.

In order to attract the audience, special appearances of the stars with good fan following is an old trick. But still it works.

Adavi Sesh who is acting and also directing the movie 'Kiss' too wanted to add this type of hype to the movie. He wants to show Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh in the movie. Instead of bothering the busy stars, he chose to add clippings from Panja and Dookudu movies of the stars. How smart he is!

Adding clippings also is an old trick. Although a poor substitution, adding of a clipping like remembering Jackie Chan or Bruce Lee in a fight scene by the hero or a comedian or clipping of Gandhi's Salt Satyagraha Yatra when a patriotic song is shown. Much before it in black and white days, a clipping of birds were shown when lovers meet, birds would fly when a person is liberated, an owl or a tiger was shown when a villain attempts to rape and a burst of lava or a rough weather on sea was shown when a hero or a heroine gets bad news and so on.

Let us hope that the clip trick in 'Kiss' movie of Adavi Sesh gives it a boosting.

Boyapati Srinu who is directing the upcoming film of Balakrishna is on a tireless hunt for the right type of heroine to pair with Balayya.

It was in the news some time back that Trisha and Charmi agreed to the Boyapati's proposal to romance with the aged hero. Boyapati has high hopes on Balayya but the same thing may not appeal to the heroines irrespective of the lack of offers for them. It is not known what happened with those actresses but it has come to know that the director is still in search of the 'right' heroine.

What is right and suitable is best known to Boyapati but as it seems, at last a nod from someone may make her right and suitable to Balayya. The buzz is that someone wanted to make it with young heroes rejected Boyapati’s offer and others followed suit.

Trisha announced that no agreement of that sort is signed and she will be the first one to announce if any such agreements are entered into. Some time back Venkatesh also faced the same problem.

Trend is changing. The time has gone for the heroes to act till 60 years as heroes with heavy makeup and wigs. Now the youngsters with a show of muscular body in action are preferred by audience and also heroines. Although it is only acting, it gets the younger generation in an embarrassing position romancing with older ones beside the fact that they may be branded for that type of roles.

Sometimes a talk or a suggestion makes one think in those lines. Even if it is denied on hearing it for the first time, one’s mind registers the point and engages in a debate and finally it may come out with the question what is wrong in it- means let me try. Many times we find the couple suggested for wedlock denies at first but later they go with it on further thinking about it.

Same thing happened in case of Erica Fernandez who is a Miss India 2012 finalist.

Erica was in the news connected with the film industry. Someone wrote that she was offered to pair with Balayya in a movie which she rejected. Again it was in the news that she was offered a chance to act with Mahesh Babu and she declined it too. Eyebrows rose for the latter wondering how anyone can deny an offer to act in a Mahesh’s movie? After all a Miss India after proving having possession of the best figure of a physical body in India her aim should be either to model or to work for movie that is rewarding! When an offer of that sort is dropped in her lap, how she could throw it is the question that pricked one and all.

It is answered now!

After a spate of gossips and denials, she questioned back why she would reject an offer to pair with Mahesh Babu? It became a green signal from her and a busy Erica is now getting offers left and right from the producers and directors of the films from AP.

Her acceptance in the first place for the first offer might have made her a heroine by now but would have made her look for other offers or to approach from her side for further offers. But now, as the offers are flooding she is in a better position to quote her price and also to have a lapful of offers to sustain for some years to come.

That is what media did to her. Gossips sometimes do a good thing!

When Prabhudeva mentions Ramayana, the movie of 'Srirama Rajyam' comes to one's mind as Nayanatara acted as Sita in the movie under Bapu's direction and after that movie Prabhudeva as fiancé of Nayan announced that Srirama Rajyam would be her last movie and after that if she acts she would act in films in soft roles like that of Sita in that movie. But due to the reasons known to them better their marriage did not take place.

Prabhudeva stated it as his dream project. But to make a movie of that sort, a budget of Rs.500 crores is required. As of now the Indian movies have come up to Rs.100 crores budget. Prabhudeva says that he will wait till the time the Indian movies reach Rs.500 crores budget.

In that case we may have to wait for a long time to see Prabhudeva's dream come true.

Kalyan Ram's 'Om' is appreciated by none other than Super Star Rajanikant that made the film unit to dance with joy. Kalyan Ram who is also a producer of the film invested a lot of money on it for the technical assistance from the technicians of Avtar and Final Destination-5.

The movie was watched by Rajnikant with his family via satellite telecast and Rajani was all praises for the film 'Om' declaring that the film exceeds his Kochadaiyan in the technological usage. He also appreciated the plot saying that it will certainly get the acclamation of the audience of all the languages.

Om is the action based movie made in 3D with the technical assistance of the renowned international technicians. The movie is directed by Sunil Reddy and produced by Kalyan Ram. Apart from the hero Kalyan Ram’s participation, Kriti Karbanda and Nikesha Patel are in the female lead roles. Karthik Muthuraman, Suresh, Sampathraj, Sithara and Rao Ramesh will appear in the supporting roles of the film.

The film 'Moksha' as per the information received is a love story with a horror touch. Potugadu Movie Teaser Released

The first teaser of 'Potugadu' is released on Sunday at Prasad Labs.

The movie is a remake of Kannada hit 'Govindaya Namaha' in which Manchu Manoj is playing the lead role. The teaser is released in the presence of Manchu Lakhsmi, Manchu Vishnu, film Director Lingu swamy, Maruti, Prabhakara Reddy and others.

Four heroines are acting with the hero Manoj in 'Potugadu'. Pavan is directing the flick and produced by Sirisha and Sridhar under the banner of Ramalakshmi Cine Creations. The heroines are, Sakshi Chowdhery, Simran Mundi and Nathalia Kaur.

Potugadu is said to be the highest budgeted and a different movie for Manchu Manoj.

Music is scored by Chakri. The unit is making efforts for the release of the movie by the end of this month.

Shruti Hasan as the talk goes showed her best as she never did so far. Anjali’s role is appreciated and Brahmanandam at his best in making you giggle. Director Gopichand Malineni and music director SS Thaman did justice to the movie to make it a hit for PVP Cinema.

Happy Birthday to Urvasi Sharadha

Sharada a veteran actress in Telugu and Malayalam attains 68 today. She was born on 12th June 1945 in Tenali. She received National Awards for the best actress three times which earlier was honored with 'Urvasi' title. She received two National Awards for her Malayalam movies- 'Thulabaram' in 1968 and 'Swayamvarm' in 1972 and one Telugu movie 'Nimajjanam' in 1977.

Sharada also received Bengali Film Journlists' Association Award in 1970, Kerala State Film Award in 1979, Filmfare’s Lifetime Achievement award in 1997 and NTR National Award in 2010.

Sharada's debut film was Kanyasulkam in 1955 and latest one is Sukumarudu. Being a trained dancer having experience on the stage, she acted in the films with natural expression and ease in acting in the films; she stole the hearts of many cine lovers and cine critics too.

Andhra Wishesh wishes Sharada a happy birth day and many happy returns of the day and also wishes to see more of her for a long time to come on the screen.

Gopi Chand's Birthday

Gopi Chand who earned a good image with a small number of films he acted completes 33 today. He was born on 12th June 1979.

Movies Releasing This Week 14th June

The following movies are releasing this week. Although delays in making and post production and decision making of the release dates considering other movies made some summer movies to miss the bus, the movies are running to catch the moving summer bus.

Telugu Audience has been waiting for good movies all through the season that became a mirage for them. Movie lovers are disheartened in this summer waiting for a good movie. Many movies with good publicity, good combination and good past track tried in vain to allure the audience. There are weeks that passed without a new movie in this summer. Postponements of the release of big movies kept the small budget movies in suspense.

Now a band of movies are flooding next week after missing the summer bus. They are, Action 3D, Intinta Annamayya, Something Something, Saradaga Ammayitho and Mallela Teramlo Sirimalle Puvvu.

Out of these Action is Allari Naresh's comedy pictured in 3D. Intinta Annamayya is Saibabu's film with his son Revanth dubting. Something Something is bilingual of Siddarth with Hansika. Sarada Ammayitho is Varun Sadesh’s movie. Mallela Teeramla… is a movie of drama genre with Kranti and Divya in lead roles.
