It's Your Cup Of Tea If You Like Thrillers

 

After winning the hearts of Telugu movie freaks with out and out suspense thriller A Film By Aravind, director Sekhar Suri has come before you with another movie, which sounds like a sequel, Aravind 2 although it has no connection when it comes to character and screenplay. The genre, however, remains to be the same. Yes, this film is also a suspense thriller.

Asta Chemma fame Srinivas is playing a director role in this movie. Once when he, along with the team, sets out to some forests to take the shooting some untoward incidents happen. What are those incidents and what will happen to the film crew forms the major part of the movie.

Since thriller films are no hard nut to crack to Sekhar Suri, supposedly he might have come out well. But then one can really guess if this film can withstand the much awaited Jaffa film, which is being released today itself. Let us wait for some more time for the verdict. Directed by Munna fame Vamsi, this film has Ram Charan Teja in the lead role and gorgeous Shruti Haasan in the female lead. The trailer shows Ram Charan Teja in some action sequences at ship yard. It's surely going to evoke solid response from the public, said Ram Charan Teja.

It may be noted that Yevadu movie shooting has almost completed and post production works will begin soon. Noted producer Dil Raju was in all praise of the film unit and said the team did splendid job. If buzz is to believed, the movie is going to hit theatres some time in June. Ram Charan Teja a happy birthday.

 

 

Mega power star Ram Charan Teja is celebrating his birthday today. It's a great coincidence that even festival of colours has also fallen on the same day this year. Therefore, it's like a double damaaka for all fans of Ram Charan Teja.  Cherry, who was born in 1985, has turned 28 today.  He was born in Chennai. He made his debut with Chirutha movie in 2007 and it was an average hit. He rocked the audience with his splendid performance in Magadheera movie, which created a new record in Telugu film industry.

Last year Charan got married to Upasana Kamineni. Apart from acting, Ram Charan Teja is interested in horse riding too, which he learned in Chennai. He currently owns the esteemed polo team, Hyderabad Polo Riding Club. He is also on the board of directors of MAA TV.

Ram Charan Teja is currently working on a couple of films out of which the remake of Zanjeer with the same title is the prestigious project given that the original version had Big B Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role. Allu Arjun starrer Iddarammailatho shooting is going at brisk speed. Not to forget that the director Puri Jagannadh is going ahead with post production works also simultaneously. Stage Set For Maheshs New Project

Prince Mahesh Babu is all set to take part in the shooting of Sukumar's new project from March 24. The sources said that this movie is going to be a thriller wherein Mahesh Babu is going to appear in a completely different look. Budding actress Kriti Sanon is playing opposite Mahesh Babu.

Notably, after the success of Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Mahesh Babu apparently nodded for this project, which is most likely to be released by the end of the year if things go on as per the schedule.

Bad Boy review Wait Till Tomorrow

Bad Boy movie starring Karthi is all set to hit theatres tomorrow in the state. This film is the dubbing movie of Alex Pandian.  Written and directed by Suraj, this movie received complete negative reviews. Many film critics called Karthi Bad Boy as a masala movie that was a disaster.  Times of India gave a rating of 2.5/5 and said that the movie disappointed the audience. Another leading newspaper Deccan Chronicle mentioned that Alex Pandian failed to enthrall even the hardcore fans of Karthi.

The movie, although going to have some good comedy sequences, did do well at the box office. Now it got dubbed and going to be released tomorrow. While dubbing movies itself have less scope at box office unless it has solid content, to what extent Bad Boy Movie will impress Telugu audience is an obvious question.

Priyanka Chopra-starrer Barfi may have won honor at almost all the film awards, but it failed to acquire any appreciation at the national awards,leaving the actress with disappointment.

Priyanka expresses that she feels bad that Barfi did not win a national award even though it is up to the jury why they did not give the award, during the launch of her first item song 'Babli Badmaash'.

Undoubtedly, Anurag Basu's Barfi was a love story in which Ranbir Kapoor played the role of a deaf and mute person, while Priyanka played an austistic girl's role.

Whatever it may be, Priyanka said that she is happy that her cousin actress Parineeti Chopra, who won a special mention at the National Awards today for her role in Ishaqzaadez while she expresses that she is happy for her.

Fact-fully, now in the Chopra family, there are two national awards and that the whole day she had to explain what special mention means!

Extremely talented Priyanka had won a national award for Madhur Bhandarkar's Fashion.

NTR starrer Baadshah film is all set for a mega release on April 5. So, barely a month to go and there's some grape vine about this flick. Fans, are you all ready to know what it is? Okay let us not test your patience further. NTR is going to play multiple roles in Baadshah, if we have to go by the buzz. NTR so far appeared in dual role but not in triple action. We are not sure whether he will appear in more than three roles.

Baadshah has Kajal Agarwal in the lead role. It has Brahmanandam too in a crucial role. You all know Allari Naresh is coming before you with a new flick - Action 3D. The film has completed its major shooting part. The sources said that the movie is scheduled to be released on April 11.  The director Anil Sunkara has said that this is the first ever 3D film in Telugu and mentioned that it would contain action elements as well as comedy scenes.

Shadow Music Review Disappoints Music Lovers

Venkatesh starrer Shadow audio is out in the market. The music composed by Thaman is receiving average response on day one today. It may be noted that Shadow movie's audio was released last night at Shilpa Kala Vedika in the midst of elite gathering and fans. Victory Venkatesh and others associated with the film graced the event and made it a grand success. Let us go through a quick Shadow music review

There are totally six songs. Here are the list of songs:

The first song was sung by Baba Sehgal. It has complete westernized touch with so many beats. It almost sounds like a rock song. Although the music is too fast, lyrics are easily understood and are very clear. Thanks to Chandra Bose for such amazing music.

Gola Gola song is a melodious one. It was sung by Hema Chandra and Ramya. This song sounds very familiar one. Mixture of Telugu and English words in the song may not appeal to the masses. On the whole, singers did justice to the song.

Pilla Manchi Bando Basthu song run time is 4 minutes. There are some awesome beats in this song and will remain as the highlight song in the movie. Lyrics of the song are not good. Hema Chandra and Suchitra gave play back for this song. Again there are many English and Hindi words in this song too.

Naughty Girl is a hip hon song. The lyrics are funny and it might click well. Geeta Madhuri gave playback to this song. It's most likely that this song might become a highlight one in the movie. Lyrics were written by Bhakarabhatla Ravi Kumar.

Aythalaka song is another mass appeal song with full whistles and all. So many people gave playback for this song. For music lovers, this song will apparently test the patience. One has to see if visuals of this song can make audience stick to their seats when this song is on.

Written by Rama Jogayya Shastry, Revenge of Shadow sounds like a powerful song. Lyrics are very well written. Music could have been better. The run time of this song is less than two minutes.

All in all, Shadow music will presumably not live up to the expectations of the music lovers. Let us wait for another couple of days to know the result at the market.

Well, this is not the first time the lyrics of the songs are written satirically either on the film Industry or on a hero/heroine/director/film maker from the Industry, sometimes, directly and many times indirectly. End of the day, everything done for is to entertain the audience. Venkatesh's fourth coming film that has already earned the talk of being the most stylish film, 'Shadow' is coming up with the similar highlight.

According to the grapevine, there is a song that is being written that goes like this, 'I have tried for Gabbar Singh and Businessman and ended up with this Man', types. Meher Ramesh who has big films to his credit but not even a single success, is directing this film.

Venky is playing a don in this entertainer. the title track composed by Thaman released recently and earned a good review.

The makers are planning to launch the audio of the film soon and release the film, by this month end.

Amala Paul Signs Rs 1Cr Deal

She started her career recently with Bejawada starring along side Naga Chaitanya and the film was a blunder. Yet this didn't hamper her. She starred along side Siddharth in Love Failure and got her name recognized for her skills and skin. She shot to fame with Ram Charan Tej in Naayak and there is no turning back for Amala Paul who is now a sensation in Telugu movie industry.

There are very few actresses who have shot to fame in just three movies and Amala Paul is going so strong that Bellamkonda Suresh has already signed a deal that is in excess of Rs 1 Cr. Damarukam Fame Nageshwara Reddy will direct the film under Bellamkonda Suresh's production. Manchu Manoj will play the lead actor for the movie.

Currently she is acting in Allu Arjun starrer Iddarammailatho. Once her part of the shooting is done, she will jump to the sets of Suresh. Currently, the trend of heroines is down and Amala Paul is in the right place at the right time as jackpot struck her. She will go the distance with three of her movies Iddarammayilatho, Jenda Pai Kapiraju and Manoj's film already on their way.

The story revolves around an engineering student who fails in clearing the backlogs of his course. Failing in engineering is equal to failing in life-this will apparently be the main theme of the film. Since the movie has award winning actress Archana Kavi, the expectations are sky high from this movie especially from the youth.

Failing in engineering certainly doesn't mean failing in life. But if this happens the main theme of the movie then what kind of message will it send across to the students is a big debate now. Director might have aimed at sending message to parents but looking at the Back Bench Student pre-release talk, one can easily say that this film is more fascinating to the youth. So, that way a student-who fails to clear examination-will justify himself based on such lines. Anyway, let us hope that this movie doesn't give any wrong message to the youth.

A new rain fight is being added to Mirchi movie. This fight can be seen in the movie from today at all theatres. In fact, this song-which contained superb visuals-was actually designed in such a way that it should become the highlight of the movie. However, the technicalities of the fight were apparently so complex that the post production demanded some extra time from the film unit. Since the release date was already announced and tickets got sold, the film unit of Mirchi has not included this fight in the movie at the time of the release.

Nonetheless, they didn't completely chuck out the Mirchi movie rain fight. Even after the release of the movie, Mirchi unit started working on the post production of the rain fight and finally after it got completed, the fight was included in the movie. Why is Powerstar a real life hero?

It is a well known fact that Power Star Pawan Kalyan is well known among his fans to be a very humble and a noble hero noted for his good deeds not just on the screen but off the screen too. His large fanbase can be attributed to his one character, humanity.  Earlier he donated a Rs 75,000 cheque for a character artist "Pavala Shyamala" whose daughter needed immediate medical attention.

He also took care of all the medical expenses required for the daughter at Apollo hospital too.

Recently a handwritten image has surfaced online, though it was written two years ago by none other than Pawan Kalyan addressing and praising one of his fan for being sincere. He never takes his sincere fans for granted.

Sarah Jane Dias was the actress during the shooting for Panjaa in Kolkata for whom Rishi was cheering apparently.

Another incident where his Gabbar Singh Shooting was scheduled at the same place as Jr NTR's Dammu during February. Jr NTR requested Pawan Kalyan to let him shoot first since they had a date later in another location.

Pawan Kalyan immediately obliged, called his producer to postpone shooting, though the movie was due to get released that month end. Jr NTR came out in public and lauded Pawan Kalyan to be a PowerStar in real life with his noble gestures.

Pawan definitely sticks to his motto of being a hero off the screen before being one on the screen. He has never misused his powers of being the brother of Megastar Chiranjeevi by trying to stick to his own talents.

Mr Pellikoduku movie response

Mr Pellikoduku had a lot of hype before the movie was released trying to promote the movie but the response to the movie on the first day itself was lukewarm.

The smoking scene in the movie with Isha Chawla was the talk of the town before the movie released but it failed to draw the amount of audience that is expected for a Sunil movie. Generally, every movie starring Sunil has a usual following with good response. The same cannot be said for this movie though.

Neither her smoking scene nor his six pack attracted audience. The situation majorly is because of the current high alert security in the city and the weekend is just here. We may possibly see a change in the trend after a few days. Other than Hyderabad the response is just good but not exceptional.

Negative word of mouth played the spoilsport in other areas. There are hardly 40% seats filled in multiplexes for his movie, current reports said. This level of poor opening is the first for Sunil as Mr Pellikoduku fails to tap the box office.
