TFI called for Bandh Tomorrow

In the wake of Legendary actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao's demise, the Telugu Film Industry has called for a complete shut down tomorrow. Movie Artists Association (MAA) chairman Murali Mohan has appealed to the all unions in the industry to participate in this bandh. Murali Mohan also requested the theaters to stopping screening of films for tomorrow.

Meanwhile Information and Public Relations Minister DK Aruna has said the government will be assisting in the funeral activities of ANR. Nagarjuna and the rest of the family are undecided about the funeral as public and celebrities are pouring down at Annapoorna Studios since morning.

Pawan Kalyan Tops Again

Power Star Pawan Kalyan again showed his supremacy in Telugu industry as per the list released by the Forbes.

As per the observations made by the Forbes the status of the stars in Telugu film industry is as follows:

Pawan Kalyan occupied 26th position with a collection Rs.57 crore in 2013.

Mahesh Babu collected Rs.28.96 crore to occupy 54th position.

Nagarjuna is in 61st position with a collection of Rs.20.5 crore.

Raviteja is in a position of 68 with 13 crores and

Ramcharan Tej is in 69th position collecting Rs.12.67 crore.

As per the surveys so far Pawan Kalyan has been found in the lead and Mahesh Babu is next to him.  But the movie “1” of Mahesh Babu is expected to surpass all the movies with which the above details may change as the fans of Mahesh Babu reckon, but the movie “1” will be counted in 2014 as it will release on 10th January.

Mahesh Babu who is a successful actor with highest fan rate in the Telugu Film Industry, is keen on one thing like Rajani.  That is taking interest in active politics! 

Usually political parties try to add glamour to their party's propaganda by inviting a cinema artist into their party.  It is a mob pulling mantra for the parties.  Just like sportsmen appointed by Banks and Railways, Political parties try to have cinema artists' association with their parties.

Every time when the elections start momentum for the party's propaganda programs, speculations mount as to the cinema heroes joining a particular party.  It goes into the media and spreads like a wild fire to make the hero get surprised to see that news in the media.  Sometimes they laugh it off and some times they deny by giving a statement to the media.

Super Star Rajanikanth always gives his statement every time elections are announced that he is not interested in participating in the politics and he neither supports a party nor against.  He does it invariably before any speculations start.  Mahesh Babu has taken the same stand right from the beginning.

When he visited Kanaka Durga temple at Vijayawada, he was surrounded by the media persons to know about his future plans in the movies and also about entering politics.  He firmly said no to it.  He said that he is not interested in entering politics.  When the media persons insisted on it, he also asked them not force to say something to be able to write on that.  He said firmly that he is not at all interested in entering politics.

Ramachari

Ramachari hitting on 17th 

Actor Venu paired with Kamalini Mukherjee in the movie "Ramachari" with a tag line of "Eedo Pedda Gudhachari". The movie is hitting the screens on 17th.  The title of the movie indicates that it is a comedy movie and it is true as the unit confirms.

The hero of the movie Venu is yet to have a hit in his account in spite of his long association with the Telugu film industry.  As he failed to impress as an action hero he tried to become a comedy hero like Allari Naresh.  But he did not strike any luck in either of the types of the roles.  

The movie Ramachari is a remake of a Malayalee film CID that was a super hit there.  But as the shadow of bad luck hovering on him, the film was completed long back but was restricted to the cans.  Now as it is going to get released from the cans to hit the screens, Venu expressed his happiness and also his confidence that the movie will work as a booster for him in the film industry to regain a prominent place.  

Venu as shown in the stills, is a secret agent with a lot of comic actions in his adventures.  Kamalini Mukherjee is still having a good number of admirers.  Eswara Reddy directed the remake of this full entertainment movie.
