well-known hero and in the direction of a minimum guarantee director,
everything matters for a career of a heroine to go up or fall down. If
any statistics among these goes here and there, the career of that
heroine does not go anywhere. And for some more heroines, it is the
number of years they have spent in the industry. The more number of
years, the higher chances are for these to run out of work as our
industry always wants new faces, when it comes to choosing the heroines.
